Our Community
Parent Committee
Bardon Community Kindy believe that our community plays a vital role in the life and education of its citizens. We strongly value contributions and connections with our community and as a hub for local families we provide a foundation for a strong community network.
As a not for profit community organisation, Bardon Kindy is managed by a volunteer parent committee. As core stakeholders, our committee work alongside staff to ensure the continual maintenance and improvement of our exceptional service, facilities and environment and the retention of our strong reputation for the highest quality education and care. We are run by families for families.
Our Annual Fair provides a wonderful opportunities for parents to come together and form friendships while working towards supporting the Kindy.
Throughout the year, Bardon Kindy hosts a number of additional community events that provide opportunities for families to connect. These include:
- Meet and Greet BBQ
- Parent information evenings
- Mothers and Fathers nights
